Execution of the Sample Clauses

The 'Execution of the' clause typically outlines the procedures and requirements for formally signing and enacting the agreement or a specific document. In practice, this clause may specify who is authorized to sign, the manner in which signatures must be provided (such as in counterparts or electronically), and any conditions that must be met for the execution to be valid. Its core function is to ensure that the agreement is legally binding and enforceable by clearly defining how and when it is considered officially executed.
