No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Employee understands and agrees that Employee would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph “2” above, except for Employee’s execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Executive understands and agrees that he/she would not receive the consideration specified in Paragraph “2” above, unless the Executive signs this Agreement and General Release on the signature page without having revoked this Release pursuant to paragraph 14 below and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Employee agrees and understands that the Company has no obligation to pay the monies and/or benefits in Sections 2 and 3 above unless Employee signs this Agreement and follows its terms.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Executive understands and agrees that Executive would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph 2 above, except for Executive’s execution of this Agreement and General Release and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Employee understands and agrees that Employee would not receive the monies and/or benefits under Section 7 of the Employment Agreement except for Employee’s execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the obligations and promises contained under Section 5 of the Employment Agreement.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Executive understands and agrees that Executive would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in Paragraph 3 above, unless Executive signs this Agreement on the signature page without having revoked this Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 16 below, signs the letters at Exhibit A, C, D and E and fulfills the promises contained herein.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that he would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph “2” above, except for his execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. The Executive understands and agrees that his entitlement to the payment specified in Section 2(a) is contingent on the execution of this Agreement and continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any agreement containing restrictive covenants to which the Executive is a party. The Executive understands that if he does not sign the Agreement, the Company has no obligation to provide the Executive with any of the consideration provided in this Agreement.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Executive understands and agrees that Executive would not receive the monies and/or benefits under Section 4 of the Agreement except for Executive’s execution of this Release and the fulfillment of the obligations and promises contained under Section 5 of the Agreement.
No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. As stated in the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, Employee would not receive the consideration set forth in Paragraph (ii) of this Agreement but for his execution of this Agreement, failure to revoke this Agreement during the Revocation Period (as defined below), and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
