ESTABLISHMENT OF WORKLOAD FOR NEW PROGRAMS. COURSES‌ In the event that programs or faculty positions are created which are not covered by the provisions of this Article, or where the application does not permit the workload of any employee to be determined realistically, the workload shall be agreed between the Union and the Employer in consultation with the employees in the department.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
