[Contract Attorney] will safeguard the confidentiality of any materials provided by [Attorney Client] related to any of her clients.
Engagement and Scope of Work. 2.1. Your employment with the Company shall commence as of the commencement date set forth in Appendix A (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue for an unlimited period until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

It is further understood that MAS is under no obligation to provide Service above reasonable levels of support or beyond the reasonable capacity of its personnel as existed as of March 8, 1999.
