Employment Recommendation. By the end of the fall semester the ITRC is required to submit its final employment recommendation, along with copies of all evaluation forms and appropriate substantiating documents to the appropriate Vice President. The recommendation shall be based upon the unanimous opinion of the committee. If there is a difference of opinion among members of the committee, the recommendation of the majority shall be submitted. The committee member in the minority, may, if s/he chooses, submit a letter of objection with supporting documentation.

If the Optionee's employment terminates by reason of Retirement, the Option shall (A) become fully and immediately vested and exercisable and (B) remain exercisable for three years from the date of such Retirement (but not beyond the Term of the Option).
