Full Experience Clause Samples
The "Full Experience" clause defines the scope of services or deliverables to ensure that the recipient receives the complete, intended version of a product, service, or event. In practice, this clause may require the provider to include all features, content, or access levels that constitute the standard or premium offering, rather than a limited or basic version. Its core function is to prevent misunderstandings or disputes by clarifying that the recipient is entitled to the entire experience as advertised or agreed upon, thereby ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Full Experience. In accordance with the limitations dictated in 5.1 above, a teacher entering the District shall be given full credit in the salary structure for previous teaching experience provided the following conditions are met:
A. The experience to be credited was gained in a school having comparable South Dakota or other state's accreditation status.
B. At least a total of one year of experience must have occurred within the previous five years.
C. The nature of the previous teaching experience is similar to the assignment in the ▇▇▇▇▇ School District.
