Vocational education means organized educational programs that are directly related to the preparation of individuals for paid or unpaid employment, or for additional preparation for a career not requiring a baccalaureate or advanced degree.
Occupational education means that education or training
Nurse Educator means a registered nurse with a post registration certificate, who has relevant experience or other qualifications, deemed appropriate by the employer who is appointed to a position of Nurse Educator.
Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;
Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;
Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires that the provider obtain a license or other legal authorization as a condition precedent to providing that service. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services provided by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.
Educator means a person licensed and certified by the State under 14 Del.C. Ch. 12 to engage in the practice of instruction, administration or other related professional support services in Delaware public schools, including charter schools, pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Professional Standards Board and approved by the State Board of Education. The term 'educator' does not include substitute teachers.
Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.
Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
Nonprofessional services means any services not specifically identified as professional services in

Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.

Professional Sports means a sport, which would remunerate a player in excess of 50% of his or her annual income as a means of their livelihood.
Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.

Direct medical education costs means costs directly associated with the medical education of interns and residents or other medical education programs, such as a nursing education program or allied health programs, conducted in an outpatient setting, that qualify for payment as medical education costs under the Medicare program.
