Professional Educators definition

Professional Educators means certified public school teachers employed by the Board, (See Section 509.4) excluding those who have power of rating over other personnel.
Professional Educators means Teachers, Educational Institution Administrators, Education Administrators and Other Educational Personnel who are granted Licenses to practice the Profession under this Act.

  • The District recognizes the teachers' full rights of citizenship and no religious or political activities of any teacher or the lack thereof shall be grounds for any discipline or discrimination provided the activity is not disruptive to school procedures or morale and does not otherwise violate District policy, Code of Ethics for Idaho Professional Educators or Idaho law.

  • This committee operates under the direction of the Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board.

Related to Professional Educators

  • Vocational education means organized educational programs that are directly related to the preparation of individuals for paid or unpaid employment or for additional preparation for a career requiring other than a baccalaureate or advanced degree.

  • Nurse Educator means a registered nurse with a post registration certificate, who has relevant experience or other qualifications, deemed appropriate by the employer who is appointed to a position of Nurse Educator.

  • Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of the service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services rendered by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.
