– EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE THE BARGAINING UNIT. The foregoing Article 1.01 of this Article shall not apply to those employees excluded by the Labour Code of British Columbia.
– EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE THE BARGAINING UNIT. 25:01 Persons not part of the bargaining unit will not perform the work of those persons sent home early, other than an emergency situation.
– EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE THE BARGAINING UNIT. Employees outside the Bargaining Unit will not perform work that is normally done by Employees in the Bargaining Unit. However, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting Employees outside of the Bargaining Unit from doing work for the purposes of instruction, provided a lay-off of any Bargaining Unit Employee(s) does not result, or in the case of emergency when regular Employees are not available, provided that every reasonable effort is made to find a replacement from the Bargaining Unit, or when a Bargaining Unit worker requests the assistance of an Employee outside of the Bargaining Unit.
