Effect of Force Majeure Event on the Concession. Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event prior to Appointed Date, the period set forth in Clause 13.1 for achieving the Appointed Date shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. If any Force Majeure Event occurs after the Appointed Date, whereupon the Concessionaire is unable to collect Fee despite making best efforts or it is directed by the Authority to suspend the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure Event, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection f Fee on account thereof; provided that in the event of partial collection of Fee where the daily collection is less than 90% (ninety per cent) of the Average Daily Fee, the Authority shall extend the Concession Period in proportion to the loss of Fee on a daily basis.   • Notification of Force Majeure Event 11.5.1 The Affected Party shall give notice to the other Party of any event of Force Majeure as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than seven (7) days after the date on which such Party knew or should reasonably have known of the commencement of the event of Force Majeure. If an event of Force Majeure results in a breakdown of communications rendering it unreasonable to give notice within the applicable time limit specified herein, then the Party claiming Force Majeure shall give such notice as soon as reasonably practicable after reinstatement of communications, but not later than one (1) day after such reinstatement. Provided that such notice shall be a pre-condition to the Affected Party’s entitlement to claim relief under this Agreement. Such notice shall include full particulars of the event of Force Majeure, its effects on the Party claiming relief and the remedial measures proposed. The Affected Party shall give the other Party regular (and not less than monthly) reports on the progress of those remedial measures and such other information as the other Party may reasonably request about the Force Majeure Event.

  • Effect of Force Majeure If either Party is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Act, that Party shall be excused from whatever performance is affected by the Force Majeure Act to the extent so affected, provided that:

  • Force Majeure Event 16.1 If a Force Majeure Event gives rise to a failure or delay in either party performing any obligation under this Agreement (other than any obligation to make a payment), that obligation will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

  • Notice of Force Majeure Event As soon as practicable and in any case within 3 days of the date of occurrence of a Force Majeure Event or the date of knowledge thereof, the Party which is rendered wholly or partially unable to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement because of a Force Majeure Event (the “Affected Party”) shall notify the other party of the same, setting out, inter alia, the following in reasonable detail:
