Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire shall not undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site.

All advertising on the Project Highway shall also conform to Good Industry Practice. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of the Concessionaire hereunder shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof.
Advertising on the Site. 16.9.1 The Concessionaire shall be allowed to undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site if the advertising thereon does not, in the opinion of the Authority violate orders passed by any Competent Court of law. All advertising on the Project shall also conform to Good Industry Practice. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of the Concessionaire hereunder shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof.

Subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, the Concessionaire may undertake any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Project Site if the advertising does not, in the opinion of the Concessioning Authority, distract the Users or violates any Court orders and the guidelines of Government of Punjab.

The Concessionaire may undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site or any structure created by the Concessionaire, provided it complies with the NMC’s Outdoor Policy and shall be subject to applicable laws and applicable permits. No Advertisement shall be permitted on the Metro Rail pillars/infrastructure which is located adjacent to the project site,

The Concessionaire is eligible to construct hoarding boards for advertisement on the Site and generate revenue, provided such advertising thereon, does not violate instructions issued by Authority. All advertising on the Site shall conform to Good Industry Practice. For avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of Concessionaire here under shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof. .

Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire shall not undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site which violates Applicable Laws. All advertising on the Storage Facility shall also conform to Good Industry Practice.
Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire shall be permitted commercial advertising, display or hoarding at specific places on the Site if such advertising, display or hoarding shall diminish the aesthetic quality of the XXX Ropeway or violates Applicable Laws. All advertising on the XXX Ropeway shall also conform to Good Industry Practice. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the rights of the Concessionaire hereunder shall be subject to Applicable Laws, as in force and effect from time to time, and no compensation shall be claimed on account thereof.
