Financial Package definition

Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Lenders, and includes Equity and all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements;
Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Senior Lenders, and includes all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements and Subordinated Debt, if any;

Related to Financial Package

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
