BQS Cluster definition

BQS Cluster means a set of 164 BQS or actual number of available BQS in a cluster handed over to the Concessionaire by GMCBL for implementation of the Project.
BQS Cluster means a set of 166 BQS or actual number of available BQS in a cluster handed to the Concessionaire by GMCBL for implementation of the Project.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, GMCBL may, after giving 60 (sixty) days' notice to the Concessionaire, assign any of its rights and benefits and/or obligations under this Agreement; to an assignee who is, in the reasonable opinion of GMCBL, capable of fulfilling all of GMCBL’s obligations under this Agreement including inspection and monitoring of BQS comprising part of the BQS Cluster.
