Educational Differential for Advanced Degrees. The County shall pay an educational differential, as listed in this section, for degrees achieved above the degree required by the minimum qualifications for the position or required by law. Unit S members who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing shall receive one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour. Unit S members who possess both a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health shall receive two dollars and forty cents ($2.40) per hour. A Master of Public Health degree is only applicable for Health Department employees. Should a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health be required, an employee who possesses a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health shall receive one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour. Unit S members shall only be eligible for one educational differential for advanced degree as listed above. Only degrees from accredited institutions will be recognized.

Educational Differential for Advanced Degrees. The following classifications shall receive an educational differential equal to 2% of base salary for possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an additional 2% of base salary for possession of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Public Health. Only degrees from accredited institutions will be recognized. The educational differential shall not exceed 4% of base salary for an employee. For purposes of the educational differential, the eligible classes are: Staff Nurse Staff Nurse I/II/III Public Health Nurse I/II/III Supervising Nurse I/II Case Management Nurse Supervising Public Health Nurse Sr. Clinic Nurse Clinic Nurse For implementation purposes, Supervising Public Health Nurse shall receive an educational differential as described above in 11.14 effective the first full pay period following the ratification of this Agreement by the Union and approval by the Board of Supervisors.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift.   • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils.   • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.
