Minimum Amounts and Maximum Number of Eurodollar Tranches. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions, continuations and optional prepayments of Eurodollar Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, (a) after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (b) no more than ten Eurodollar Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, conversions, continuations and optional prepayments of Eurodollar Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, (a) after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Term SOFR Tranche or Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof (or, with respect to Eurodollar Loans denominated in an Alternative Currency, the smallest amount of such Alternative Currency that has a Dollar Equivalent in excess of $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of the smallest amount of such Alternative Currency that has a Dollar Equivalent in excess of $500,000 in excess thereof) and (b) no more than twelve (12) Eurodollar Tranches or Term SOFR Tranches shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of the Revolving Credit Loans and the Initial Term Loans, and no more than the maximum amount of Eurodollar tranches set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Amendment shall be outstanding at any one time in respect of any such Incremental Term Loans.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all borrowings, payments, prepayments, conversions and continuations of US$ Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to US$1,000,000 or a whole multiple of US$100,000 in excess thereof. More than one borrowing may occur on the same date, but in no event shall there be more than five Eurodollar Tranches outstanding at any time.

Minimum Amounts and Maximum Number of Eurodollar Tranches principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (b) no more than six Eurodollar Tranches under a particular Facility shall be outstanding at any one time and (c) no more than sixteen Eurodollar Tranches in the aggregate shall be outstanding at any one time.
