DUST AND NOXIOUS FUMES. It is the Shareholder’s responsibility to insure that precautions are taken to prevent dirt, dust and noxious fumes from permeating other areas of the Building during the work. The doors from the Apartment into the hallways shall be sufficiently sealed inside the Apartment to prevent the flow of dust into the hallways. If, at the Managing Agent or Superintendent’s discretion, dirt or dust do affect other areas of the Building, the Board may have the areas cleaned and the unit Shareholder will reimburse the Corporation for all costs and expenses. If in the Managing Agent or Superintendent’s opinion, noxious fumes are emanating from the Apartment, the Shareholder and/or the contractor may be required to contain the fumes or cease the procedure causing the fumes.

The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and include without limitation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed under the Environmental Laws.
