Disclosure to Others. Subject to clause 6.2, each of the Trustee and the Custodian shall respect the confidentiality of information acquired under this Agreement and will not, without the other party’s consent, disclose to any other person any transaction or other information acquired about the other party, its business or the Trust under this Agreement, in the event such other party has made clear, at or before the time such information is provided, that such information is being provided on a confidential basis.
Disclosure to Others. Subject to clause 6.2, each party shall respect the confidentiality of information acquired under this Agreement and neither will, without the consent of the other, disclose to any other person any information acquired under this Agreement provided that nothing in this Agreement will prevent or condition the filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission of a copy of this Agreement in connection with the registration of the public offering of its shares by the Trust.

Disclosure to Others. Consultant understands and agrees that no Confidential Information shall be revealed, disclosed, divulged, sold, licensed, exchange, or released, or otherwise made available, directly or indirectly (either in writing, verbally, by electronic transmission, or by any other form or manner of communication), to third persons or entitles for purposes unrelated to the business objectives of the Company without prior written authorization of an executive officer of the Company. If Consultant must consult with any third party and disclose to such third party any of the Confidential Information, then Consultant must obtain the prior written consent and authorization of an executive officer of the Company prior to such disclosure. Confidential Information shall be disclosed to employees or agents of Consultant only on an "as needed" basis. Consultant shall comply with all requirements reasonably imposed by the Company regarding disclosure of the Confidential Information to third parties.
Disclosure to Others. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that any Citizens’ Confidential Information disclosed to, or acquired by, it is disclosed and/or acquired solely for the purposes of facilitating the provision of the Appraisal Services to be rendered by the Vendor for and on behalf of Citizens. Vendor shall restrict access to this Citizens’ Confidential Information to those individuals who will actually perform Appraisal Services under this Agreement. Vendor shall be solely responsible for informing any individual with access to Citizens’ Confidential Information, including, but not limited to, its officers, directors, agents, employees and independent contractors, of the provisions of this section and shall be responsible for any acts of those individuals and entities that violate such provisions. Vendor will notify Citizens as soon as possible of any misuse or misappropriation of Citizens’ Confidential Information of which it becomes aware and will cooperate in remedying such situation promptly.
Disclosure to Others. Subject to clause 6.2, we shall treat as confidential and will not, without the Trust’s consent, disclose to any other person any transaction or other information we acquire about the Trust’s, a Fund’s, or the Sponsor’s business pursuant to this Agreement. Subject to clause 6.2, the Trust shall treat as confidential and will not, without our consent, disclose to any other person any information that we provide to the Trust about us or our business pursuant to this Agreement and that we tell the Trust, at or before the time we provide it, we are providing to the Trust on a confidential basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will prevent or condition the public or non-public filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of a copy of this Agreement in connection with the registration of the public offering of its shares by the Trust.

We will treat all information we hold about you, the Client ("Client Information"), including any personal data we hold relating to your staff and corporate contacts, as private and confidential even when you are no longer a customer. We will not disclose any such information to others except: (i) to the extent we are required to do so by any Applicable Regulations; (ii) where there is a duty to the public to disclose it; (iii) where our interests require disclosure; or (iv) at your request or with your consent. You consent to our disclosure of Client Information to other members of the Bank Group, to companies that provide a service to us or to you, to Applicable Regulators, to stock exchanges and clearing authorities in any jurisdiction, to the operator of any system on which you have been granted access and to persons to whom we transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Disclosure to Others. We will treat all information we hold about you, the Client ("Client Information"), including any personal data we hold relating to your staff and corporate contacts, as private and confidential even when you are no longer a customer pursuant to our professional secrecy duty laid down by article L. 511-33 and L. 531-12 of the Financial Code. We will not disclose any such information to others except to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by any French Regulatory Rules or at your request or with your express consent.
Disclosure to Others. In clause 7.1 of the Agreement the last sentence is replaced by: "We may disclose Client Information to other members of the Bank Group, to companies that provide a service to us or to you, to Applicable Regulators, to stock exchanges and clearing authorities in any jurisdiction, to the operator of any system on which you have been granted access and to persons to whom we transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement."
