Disclosure to Executive. Company has and will disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information and Work Product of Company (or its affiliates); and/or has and will entrust Executive with business opportunities of Company (or its affiliates); and/or has and will place Executive in a position to develop business good will on behalf of Company (or its affiliates). Executive agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information or Work Product of Company (or its affiliates).
Disclosure to Executive. WRI has and will disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information and Work Product of WRI; and/or has and will entrust Executive with business opportunities of WRI; and/or has and will place Executive in a position to develop business goodwill on behalf of WRI. Executive agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information or Work Product of WRI.
Disclosure to Executive. The Company has and will disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information and Work Product of CEP or the Company; and/or has and will entrust Executive with business opportunities of CEP or the Company; and/or has and will place Executive in a position to develop business goodwill on behalf of CEP or the Company. Executive agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information or Work Product.
Disclosure to Executive. Company shall (i) disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, trade secrets or confidential information of Company or its Affiliates, and/or (ii) entrust Executive with business opportunities of Company or its Affiliates, and/or (iii) place Executive in a position to develop business good will on behalf of Company or its Affiliates.
Disclosure to Executive. During Executive’s employment hereunder, the Company shall disclose to Executive, and place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information.
Disclosure to Executive. Executive expressly acknowledges and agrees that Executive has obtained Confidential Information during the course of Executive’s employment with the Company and the Parties acknowledge and agree that Executive will be provided with additional Confidential Information in the course of Executive’s continued employment with the Company.
Disclosure to Executive. Executive acknowledges that Company promises in this Agreement to disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, more detailed information concerning trade secrets or confidential information of Company and its affiliates; and/or entrust Executive with business opportunities of Company and its affiliates; and/or place Executive in a position to develop business good will on behalf of Company and its affiliates. Executive acknowledges that this information will be new to him and more detailed and extensive than that provided to him prior to his employment under this Agreement.
Disclosure to Executive. NTI has and will disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information and Work Product of NTI; and/or has and will entrust Executive with business opportunities of NTI; and/or has and will place Executive in a position to develop business goodwill on behalf of NTI. Executive agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information or Work Product of NTI.
Disclosure to Executive. TMG shall, and its affiliates may, disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, trade secrets or confidential information of TMG and/or its affiliates, including the Consolidated Operations; and/or shall entrust Executive with business opportunities relating to TMG and/or its affiliates, including the Consolidated Operations; and/or shall place Executive in a position to develop business goodwill with respect to TMG and/or its affiliates, including the Consolidated Operations.
Disclosure to Executive. The Company and the Related Parties shall (a) disclose to Executive and place Executive in a position to have access to or develop Confidential Information and Work Product of the Company, including Confidential Information to which Executive did not have access prior to the Effective Date, (b) shall entrust Executive with business opportunities of the Company, including business opportunities to which Executive did not have access prior to the Effective Date, and (c) shall place Executive in a position to develop business good will on behalf of the Company.
