– Disability Leave & Workers Compensation. A full-time employee who is temporarily or totally disabled in the line of duty shall receive pay as afforded by Xxxxxxx’x Compensation provided that disability resulted from an injury or illness sustained directly in the performance of the employee’s work as provided in the State Workmen’s Compensation Act. Each major incident will be handled at the discretion of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. All job-related injuries and illnesses SHALL be reported immediately to the Clerk and a report made at that time.

– Disability Leave & Workers Compensation. Section 1. All employees are covered by the Florida Workers' Compensation Act, hereinafter called the Act, and shall be entitled to all benefits awarded under said Act.
– Disability Leave & Workers Compensation. Employees who are injured while on duty shall immediately seek first aid, and if injury requires, be taken to a doctor or a doctor be called. If such disability becomes a permanent situation and the employee has reached MMI, then the employee can pursue a Long- Term Disability (LTD) status with the Missouri Local Government EmployeesRetirement System (MO LAGERS) as well as the Social Security Administration. Any employee injured while on duty shall continue to accumulate seniority during their absence due to such injury and shall be reinstated upon recovery to their former position with full seniority rights, provided they are physically qualified to return to work.
