Development Plan and Construction Standards. Development of the Premises shall be conducted in a good and workmanlike manner and shall conform generally with Exhibit E which exhibits are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. All design and construction shall conform with the construction and architectural standards contained in Exhibit F attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, and shall meet all other requirements contained in this Lease.

Development Plan and Construction Standards. The schematic plans prepared by Tenant and approved by the Chief Real Estate Officer during the Option period preceding execution of this Lease shall be a master plan for development of the Premises, and the working drawings prepared by Tenant and approved by the Chief Real Estate Officer during the same Option period shall be the plans, specifications, and time schedule for constructing the Initial Improvements.   • Construction Standards The Subrecipient and Developer shall ensure that all Approved Projects comply with the following requirements:
