Preliminary Plans definition

Preliminary Plans means a site plan, architectural floor plans, elevations, outline specifications and a cost estimate for each utility, site development, conversion, and remodeling project.   • Final Plans will include all of the plan sheets previously prepared as Preliminary Plans plus the approved ROW Plans.

  • Unless previously approved by District pursuant to the Option Agreement, or if Lessee desires to propose a new or to modify a previous schedule approved by District, concurrently with Lessee’s delivery of the Preliminary Plans to District, Lessee shall also provide a proposed construction schedule for the completion of the Proposed Improvements (the “Preliminary Construction Phase Schedule”), which shall be consistent with the Project Schedule attached as part of Exhibit C to this Lease.
