Not Advantageous – There is no acknowledgement of how the development will be permitted. Advantageous – The proposal submitted includes a permitting strategy. Highly Advantageous – The proposal includes a permitting strategy and demonstrates how the proposer’s capacity to meet the criteria necessary to obtain necessary approvals in an expedited and achievable manner.

Development Permitting. 1. In consideration of the agreements, terms and conditions herein, the City agrees that the Development may be permitted directly by the County (except with respect to improvements within the City’s public right-of-way, which shall be subject to the City’s municipal code requirements). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, City waives any rights the City may have, if any, to act as the permitting or lead agency for the Development.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
