Designated Site Supervisor. The Contractor shall designate a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor shall be the Contractor or Contractor’s representative in charge of Operations. The Site Supervisor shall be on the Site or the YCCL at all times the Site is open to the public as stated in Section 2.2. Any time that the Contractor has employees on the Site and the Site Supervisor is not present, an employee for each day and/or shift and who is on the Site, shall be designated in writing by the Contractor (to have the authority) to direct Operations and communicate with the public and the County. The designated Site Supervisor must wear recognizable clothing or headgear that is distinctly different than line staff so that the County and customers know who to alert in case of an emergency or who to speak with if an issue should arise.

Designated Site Supervisor. The Contractor’s designated Site Supervisor shall complete the following Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) training courses or County approved equivalent; “Construction and Demolition Debris Management Course” for the CDI Facility Documentation showing completion of the above courses shall be submitted to the Department within six months of placing an employee in the position of Site Supervisor. If the above mentioned SWANA courses are modified or eliminated, alternate courses shall be taken, subject to the approval of the Department.

Documentation showing certification as a Manager or Technical Associate of Landfill Operations from the Solid Waste Association of North America, or equivalent, shall be submitted to the Department within six months of placing an employee in the position of Site Supervisor.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out.

  • Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines.   • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
