Definitions of Employment Status. Full-time Year Round – Employment in an established position of not less than 1950 annual scheduled hours or 37.5 hours per week (Sunday-Saturday) and 52 weeks per year fiscal year from July 1 – June 30 Regular – Employment in an established position of not less than 1200 annual scheduled hours or 30 hours per normal work week (Sunday-Saturday) and not less than 40 weeks per fiscal year.
