DEALER LOCATION. GME and DEALER acknowledge and agree that (i) it is in the mutual best interest of both parties that the Products be sold through a selective dealership network whereby each dealer selling Products has the ability to provide to the dealership those services required by GME, and (ii) if the Products are offered only through a planned number of dealership, DEALER will be able to offer the maximum value and services with respect to the Products, thereby enabling DEALER to compete more effectively against dealers selling competitive products. Accordingly, DEALER agrees not to offer or solicit the Products for sale at any other new vehicle dealership location that is currently being sold and serviced by another Authorized Dealer, unless approved in advance by GME in writing. DEALER also agrees not to sell, deliver and/or transfer any Products to others for resale or to market or sell any Products through non- GME approved distribution channels without having obtained GME’s advance written consent in each instance. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DEALER HMA has entered into this Agreement in reliance upon DEALER's representation that it will establish and maintain dealership facilities and operations only at the location(s) identified in paragraph 6.   • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof.
