General Offices Clause Samples
The 'General Offices' clause defines the designated locations where a party's main administrative or business operations are conducted. Typically, this clause identifies the official address for receiving notices, correspondence, or legal documents related to the agreement, and may specify whether changes to this address require formal notification. Its core practical function is to ensure clear communication channels between parties and to avoid disputes about where official communications should be sent or received.
