During the Employment Period, the Executive shall perform the services required by this Agreement at the Company's principal offices located in Boston, Massachusetts (the "Principal Location"), except for travel to other locations as may be necessary to fulfill the Executive's duties and responsibilities hereunder.
If the Company should require Executive to relocate from the Principal Location to the Orange County, California area in order to work from the Company’s principal executive offices, the Company shall pay for or reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable relocation expenses (the “Relocation Reimbursement”).
