Current Locations. As used herein, the term "Current Locations" shall mean, collectively, the locations and parcels of real estate which together comprise the Excluded Real Property (absent the [8,000] square feet of the Excluded Real Property allocated to a third party sub-tenant) and the Leased Real Properties.
