Collateral Locations means each location where any Collateral is now or hereafter located, including, without limitation, those Collateral Locations listed in Section 12 of this Agreement.

Collateral Locations means the Executive Offices and those additional locations set forth and described on Schedule 1.01 - Collateral Locations, under the heading "Collateral Locations."

More Definitions of Collateral Locations

Collateral Locations means the respective chief executive office of the Borrower and each other Obligor and those additional locations, if any, of the Borrower and each other Obligor set forth and described in the Collateral Disclosure Certificate.
