DATE OF SALARY ADJUSTMENTS. Salary increases shall be implemented as of the beginning of the pay period starting from 1 February 2018 or the closest subsequent period, and in the second year of agreement, from the beginning of the pay period closest to 1 February 2019. If the implementation of the increase is postponed, an agreement with the shop xxxxxxx con- cerning the 2018 increases should be made in writing by 31 January 2018 and concerning the 2019 increases by 31 January 2019. The agreement shall be made in writing. If postponing the salary adjustments is agreed upon, an agreement should be made in the same context concerning compensation of any loss of earnings caused by the change with a corresponding non-recurring payment. The difference shall be paid as of the date of imple- mentation of the salary increase, at the latest. If companies implement salary increases on a schedule that differs from that of the salary increases in the collective agreement, a local agreement can be made with the shop xxxxxxx to take the payments in question into account when implementing salary increases based on the collective agreement. In that case, the salaried employee must be informed that the in- crease also includes the increase based on the collective agreement.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS 198. Appointments to positions in the City and County Service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
