Date of Resignation. Executive agrees to resign Executive’s employment and all appointments Executive holds with Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, on the Date of Resignation. Executive understands and agrees that Executive’s employment with the Company will conclude on the close of business on the Date of Resignation.
