Voluntary Resignation definition

Voluntary Resignation means any resignation by Employee other than Employee's Termination for Good Reason, as set forth in Subsection 3(f) of this Agreement, or Employee's resignation following Employee's receipt of a Non-Renewal Notice from Paxson.

Voluntary Resignation means Executive’s termination of his employment at any time, for any reason, by the Executive, other than by reason of Involuntary Termination, death or Disability.

Voluntary Resignation means any termination of employment that is not involuntary and that is not the result of the employee's death, disability, early retirement or retirement.

Examples of Voluntary Resignation in a sentence

• If the Eligible Employee’s employment terminates on account of (i) the Eligible Employee’s Voluntary Resignation, (ii) death, or (iii) Permanent Disability, then the Eligible Employee shall not be entitled to receive Severance Benefits under this Plan and shall be entitled only to those benefits (if any) as may be available under the Company’s then-existing benefit plans and policies at the time of such termination.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive’s employment and this Agreement may be terminated in one of six ways as set forth in this Article 6: (a) Executive’s Death (Section 6.2); (b) Executive’s Disability (Section 6.3); (c) Termination by the Company for Cause (Section 6.4); (d) Termination by the Company without Cause (Section 6.5); (e) Termination by Executive due to a Constructive Termination (Section 6.6); or (f) Voluntary Resignation (Section 6.7).

• For example, if Executive gives notice of his Voluntary Resignation and, before the 90 day notice period has expired, he is subject to an Involuntary Termination, only the rights and benefits available to him for Voluntary Resignation apply since the provisions governing Voluntary Resignation have a higher priority than those applicable to Involuntary Termination.

• Voluntary Resignation Forfeited—Unvested Stock Units will be forfeited.

• The Executive may tender his Voluntary Resignation (as defined in this Agreement) by giving the Company ninety (90) days’ advance written notice, which period may be waived or reduced at the Company’s option, although the Company may choose to pay the Executive, in lieu of such notice period the amounts that would otherwise be due to the Executive during such period.

More Definitions of Voluntary Resignation

Voluntary Resignation means, in respect of a director or employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, the voluntary resignation of that director or employee (or voluntary termination of the arrangements pursuant to which his services are provided to the Company and/or any of its Affiliates) in circumstances other than where the Company or any of its Affiliates would have been entitled to effect a Dismissal or Termination in respect of such director or employee.

Voluntary Resignation means any Separation from Service that is not initiated by the Company or any Subsidiary, other than a Good Reason Resignation.

Voluntary Resignation shall have occurred if the Executive terminates his employment with Invacare by voluntarily resigning at his own instance without having been requested to so resign by Invacare, except that any resignation by the Executive will not be deemed to be a Voluntary Resignation if, at the time of that resignation, the Executive had Good Reason to resign.

Voluntary Resignation means the termination of the Executive’s employment upon his voluntary resignation, which includes retirement, as set forth in Section 3 hereof.

Voluntary Resignation means the Executive’s voluntarily resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company by delivery of the Notice of Resignation.
