Voluntary Resignation means Executive’s termination of his employment at any time, for any reason, by the Executive, other than by reason of Involuntary Termination, death or Disability.

More Definitions of Voluntary Resignation

Voluntary Resignation means the termination of the Executive’s employment upon his voluntary resignation, which includes retirement, as set forth in Section 3 hereof.

Voluntary Resignation means, in respect of a director or employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, the voluntary resignation of that director or employee (or voluntary termination of the arrangements pursuant to which his services are provided to the Company and/or any of its Affiliates) in circumstances other than where the Company or any of its Affiliates would have been entitled to effect a Dismissal or Termination in respect of such director or employee.

Voluntary Resignation. ’ means any retirement or termination of employment that is not initiated by the company or any subsidiary other than a Good Reason Resignation (defined below).

Voluntary Resignation shall have occurred if the Executive terminates his employment with Invacare by voluntarily resigning at his own instance without having been requested to so resign by Invacare, except that any resignation by the Executive will not be deemed to be a Voluntary Resignation if, at the time of that resignation, the Executive had Good Reason to resign.

Voluntary Resignation means the Executive’s voluntarily resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company by delivery of the Notice of Resignation. The “Notice of Resignation” means a written notice of resignation addressed to the Board and sent to the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof. The Notice of Resignation shall set forth the date of resignation and state whether or not the Executive believes that the resignation is for Good Reason. In the event that the Executive believes that the resignation is for Good Reason, the Notice of Resignation shall also set forth in reasonable detail the basis of the Executive’s belief that the Executive is resigning for Good Reason, including the elements of the definition of Good Reason that the Executive believes are applicable.

Voluntary Resignation means resignation by a Director during a three-year term.

Voluntary Resignation means the voluntary decision or election by Employee to terminate his employment with Employer for any reason whatsoever other than a material breach by Employer of this Agreement which is not cured within any applicable grace period specified herein.
