Intensive Assistance Process Clause Samples

Typically, this process involves identifying specific areas of underperformance, setting clear improvement targets, and establishing a timeline for review and progress monitoring. Its core practical function is to give the underperforming party a fair opportunity to address issues before more severe contractual remedies, such as termination, are considered, thereby promoting resolution and minimizing disruption.
