DATE AND PLACE OF THE NEXT MEETING. For decision It was decided that another Joint Meeting with the Committee of Permanent Correspondents and the Directors of the Specialised Centres should be organised in November 2018. This meeting could either be held at the Council of Europe headquarters in Strasbourg or in Croatia, in the framework of the Croatian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers. The Bureau will meet twice in 2018, in April and in October, in Strasbourg

DATE AND PLACE OF THE NEXT MEETING. The Executive Secretariat proposed to maintain October or November as dates for what is now an annual meeting of the Permanent Correspondents. Concerning the location for the meeting, the Council of Europe premises in Strasbourg or Paris are always available but experience proves the interest of organizing the meeting in one of the member States. In order to define more concrete dates and receive possible proposals to host the next meeting in one of the member countries, the Committee decided to fix the end of April 2014 as a deadline for feedback from delegations on these two topics. DATE AND PLACE OF THE NEXT MEETING. X. Xxxxxxxx (Armenia) requested to host the 2020 Joint Meeting in Yerevan, Armenia (1st week in November 2020). He offered the possibility to visit schools and also government officials. His invitation was accepted.
