Place of Meetings Sample Clauses


Place of Meetings. All meetings of the stockholders shall be held at such time and place, either within or without the State of Delaware, as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors and stated in the notice of the meeting or in a duly executed waiver of notice thereof.


Place of Meetings. Meetings of stockholders shall be held at any place within or without the State of Nevada designated by the board of directors. In the absence of any such designation, stockholders' meetings shall be held at the principal executive office of the corporation.

Place of Meetings. The board of directors may designate any place, either within or without the State of Delaware, as the place of meeting for any annual meeting or for any special meeting called by the board of directors. If no designation is made, or if a special meeting be otherwise called, the place of meeting shall be the principal executive office of the corporation.

Place of Meetings. All meetings of stockholders shall be held at such place as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer or the President or, if not so designated, at the principal office of the corporation.

Place of Meetings. Any shareholder meeting, including a special meeting, shall be held within or without the state in which the Fund was formed at such place, date and time as the Directors shall designate.

The board of directors may, in its sole discretion, determine that a meeting of stockholders shall not be held at any place, but may instead be held solely by means of remote communication as authorized by Section 211(a)(2) of the Delaware General Corporation Law (the "DGCL"). In the absence of any such designation or determination, stockholders' meetings shall be held at the corporation's principal executive office.


Place of Meetings. All annual and special meetings of shareholders shall be held at the home office of the Company or at such other convenient place as the board of directors may determine.

Place of Meetings. Any meeting of the stockholders of the corporation may be held at its principal office or at such other place in or out of the United States as the Board of Directors may designate. A waiver of notice signed by the Stockholders entitled to vote may designate any place for the holding of the meeting. All special meetings may be held telephonically and/or electronically with one or more of the stockholders being in contact in such manner, should such capabilities be reasonably available. Any signatures required may be acquired via fax or electronically, which signatures shall be considered as originals for all purposes.

Place of Meetings. The Board may hold its meetings at such place or places within or without the Commonwealth of Virginia as it may from time to time by resolution determine or as shall be specified or fixed in the respective notices or waivers of notice thereof.
