Credit Union Payroll Deduction. The Employer agrees to deduct certain amounts each week from the wages of those employees who shall have given the Employer written notice to make such deductions. The amount so deducted shall be remitted to the applicable Credit Union once each month. The Employer shall not make deductions and shall not be responsible for remittance to the Credit Union for any deductions for those weeks during which the employee’s earnings shall be less than the amount authorized for deduction. Should an Employer become delinquent in his remittance, he will be required to remit on a weekly basis after written notification by the Local Union.
