COUNTY PROJECT Sample Clauses

COUNTY PROJECT. (a) Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. The County will be solely responsible to perform or cause to be performed all work for the acquisition of necessary easements and rights-of-way, design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up of the County Project in accordance with the County Project Specifications and as otherwise provided in this Agreement (the “County Project Construction”), which shall be completed by the County Project In-Service Date.

COUNTY PROJECT. (a) County as Owner and Operator. The County shall be the sole owner and operator of the County Project, including associated facilities, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The County shall operate and maintain the County Project in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and applicable County policies and procedures.
COUNTY PROJECT. 4.1.1 COUNTY shall be responsible for all costs to design and construct the COUNTY PROJECT as described in Term 2.2.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project.   • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
