Costs of the Project Sample Clauses

Costs of the Project. The Recipient shall apply the Financing Proceeds to the Costs of the Project in accordance with the Act and Oregon law, as applicable. Financing Proceeds cannot be used for costs in excess of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Costs of the Project and cannot be used for pre- Award Costs of the Project, unless permitted by Exhibit C.

Costs of the Project. The City agrees to pay for certain costs of the Project as set forth below, which costs are not Reimbursable Costs under this Agreement:

Costs of the Project. (a) CDOT may withdraw available money from the Project Account in an aggregate amount up to the sum of the amount of proceeds of the Certificates deposited into the Project Account pursuant to Section 3.01 of the Indenture and the amount of any earnings thereon retained in the Project Account for the purpose of paying, or reimbursing CDOT for the payment of, Costs of the Project by delivering to the Trustee a requisition in the form attached as Exhibit E to the Indenture (as used in this Section 5.10, a “Requisition”), signed by a CDOT Representative. (b) Upon and effective on each date a Requisition is signed and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section, the representations of CDOT set forth in such Requisition are incorporated in this Lease as if set forth herein in full. (c) CDOT shall submit a final Requisition to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section no later than six months after the Scheduled Completion Date unless otherwise approved by the Trustee.

Costs of the Project. The proceeds of the Facility Loan shall be drawn by the Company on behalf of the Issuer to pay for Costs of the Project. For purposes of this Lease, "Costs of the Project" shall consist of all costs of acquiring, improving, and installing the Facility as the same may be available therefor and financed pursuant to the Facility Loan Documents, including, without limitation:

Costs of the Project. The Project will, for purposes of accounting for the Authority’s costs and charges to the Participants, be separated into: (i) Costs of Acquisition and Construction of the Project, and (ii)

Costs of the Project. For the purposes of this Article, the costs of acquiring, constructing, and equipping the Project to be paid from the Construction Fund shall include the costs shown in the plans and specifications and which may, but shall not necessarily, include the purchase of various items of real and personal property, including easements, rights-of-way, or other interests in property; costs of construction and installation; costs of indemnity and fidelity bonds; premiums on insurance (if any) in connection with the Project during the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Project; fees and expenses of engineers and architects for surveys, estimates, preparation of plans, specifications, and drawings and supervising of acquisition, construction and equipping, as well as for the performance of all other duties of such engineers and architects in relation to the Project; actual expenses of administration of acquisition, office, and legal expenses, audits, and all other costs of expenditures not herein specified incident to the acquisition, construction, and equipping of modern and efficient facilities, including the financing charges and all expenses incident to the financing of the Project; all other expenses preliminary to authorization and issuance of the Series 2022C Bonds; and obligations incurred for labor and contractors, builders, suppliers, and materialmen in connection with the Project and for the placing of various facilities comprising the Project into operation.

Costs of the Project. The Grantor shall provide funding at the time when this Agreement is fully executed to the Grantee for the Cost of the Project on a schedule as described in Schedule attached as Exhibit B, and in an amount up to the amount of the reward. Any remaining amount of the costs of the project not covered by the award shall be the responsibility of the Grantee. The Grantee shall submit invoices and supporting documentation to the Grantor from Grantee suppliers and contractors sufficient to support that the funds have been spent in accordance with the Grantee’s project application, including documentation certifying that all subcontractors and suppliers have been paid.

Costs of the Project. (a) The County may withdraw available money from the 2020A Construction Fund in an aggregate amount up to the sum of the amount of proceeds of the 2020A Certificates deposited into the 2020A Construction Fund pursuant to Section 3.04(b) of the Indenture and the amount of any earnings thereon retained in the 2020A Construction Fund for the purpose of paying, or reimbursing the County for the payment of, Costs of the Project by delivering to the Trustee a requisition in the form attached as Appendix C to the Indenture (as used in this Section 5.10, a “Requisition”), signed by a County Representative. (b) Upon and effective on each date a Requisition is signed and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section, the representations of the County set forth in such Requisition are incorporated in this Lease as if set forth herein in full. (c) The County shall submit a final Requisition to the Trustee pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section no later than six months after the Scheduled Completion Date unless otherwise approved by the Trustee.

Costs of the Project. The proceeds of the Equipment Loan shall be drawn by the Company on behalf of the Issuer to pay for Costs of the Project. For purposes of this Lease, "Costs of the Project" shall consist of all costs of acquiring, improving, and installing the Equipment as the same may be available therefor and financed pursuant to the Equipment Loan Documents, including, without limitation: (i) all costs of acquiring and installing the Equipment, including rigging, transportation, architectural, engineering, development, consulting, marketing and supervisory services with respect to acquisition and installation of the Equipment, and all other costs of providing the Equipment permissible under the Act, and capitalized interest heretofore accrued or paid in connection with the temporary financing of all or any part of the costs of any of the foregoing; (ii) all fees, taxes, charges, and other expenses for recording or filing, as the case may be, the instrument or instruments conveying the Equipment to the Company, and reconveying the Equipment from the Company to the Issuer, this Lease, the Equipment Loan Documents or any additional documents, instruments or agreements relating thereto or to the Equipment Loan or this Lease; (iii) all costs of entering into the Equipment Loan, including, but not limited to, all legal, accounting, feasibility study, financial advisory, legal investment, and any other fees, discounts, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation, reproduction, authorization, execution, and delivery of the Equipment Loan, Equipment Loan Documents, this Lease, and any and all additional documents, instruments or agreements related thereto; (iv) reimbursement to the Company for any of the above enumerated items of cost or expense paid by it. Nothing contained in this Lease, or in any related documents, shall impose upon the Issuer to see to the proper application of the proceeds of the Loan or any disbursement thereof.

Costs of the Project. In order to pay the costs of Project the Authority has authorized the issuance of the Series 2022C Bonds, for which provision is made upon the terms set forth in the Resolution, a certified copy of which Resolution is on file in the records of the Authority and the Lessee.
