Invoices and Supporting Documentation. On or before the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day) from the Lease Effective Date until this Facility Lease expires or is terminated, Lessor shall submit a written invoice to Lessee which shall indicate the amount of Basic Rent or Renewal Rent, as the case may be, that Lessee owes to Lessor for the previous month. The invoice shall specify each component of the Basic Rent or Renewal Rent formula, as the case may be, and shall resemble the sample calculations, attached for illustrative purposes only, set forth in Annex A to Schedule 7.1 and Annexes A, B and C to Schedule 14.2. Lessor agrees to make available to Lessee, upon written request, copies of all notices, invoices, bills or other documentation reasonably requested by Lessee with respect to the calculation of Basic Rent and Renewal Rent.

Invoices and Supporting Documentation. YKTG agrees to place a notice (in form and content acceptable to ATG on behalf of the Company) on each invoice related to an Account that the amounts owed thereon have been sold and assigned to, and are payable only to, the Company. YKTG further agrees to take all necessary steps so that payments and remittance information related to the Accounts are directed to ATG on behalf of the Company. All invoices will be promptly mailed or otherwise transmitted by YKTG to Sprint on a prompt and timely basis in compliance with the terms of the Sprint Contract. YKTG shall deliver to ATG on behalf of the Company copies of all invoices and supporting documentation simultaneously with the delivery of the same to Sprint.
