Cost of Research. The Sponsor agrees to pay the University the fixed sum of $____________ for the performance of the Work. Payment is to be made one time in accordance with the schedule in Exhibit A. Payments shall be by check payable to “South Dakota State University”, and mailed to: Grants & Contracts Administration South Dakota State University SAD 323, Box 2201 Brookings, SD 57007 The University is not obligated to expend any other funds on the Work, and the Sponsor is not obligated to pay the University in excess of the stated amount. The University will retain title to equipment and all other items purchased with funds provided by the Sponsor; however, equipment, which is defined as items over $5,000 for this Agreement, purchased with funds provided by the Sponsor, as evidenced by the Sponsor’s records, may be used by the Sponsor under the terms of a separately negotiated and executed Facility Use Agreement with the University on a discounted basis for a period of three (3) years or as long as equipment is functional and under ownership and control of the University, whichever is sooner. Cost of Research. 5.1 The Sponsor agrees to pay the University the fixed sum of $ USD for the performance of the Work. Payment is to be made one time in accordance with the schedule in Exhibit A.
Cost of Research. Subscriber shall be responsible for its own expenses in conducting Subscriber’s activities hereunder, and Distributed Bio shall have no obligation to pay Subscriber therefor.
Cost of Research. This Agreement is a FIXED PRICE agreement.
Cost of Research. A. The SDUSD REPRESENTATIVE agrees to provide requested data under this agreement, to be billed at district cost.
Cost of Research. The amount payable by SPONSOR to RUTGERS for the cost of Research for the initial period of the Period of Performance under this Agreement is $120,000 USD. This amount is payable with the first $60,000 USD payment due upon the signing of this Agreement, and the second $60,000 USD payment due on October 31, 2019.
Cost of Research. 4.1 Collaborator and Institution shall be responsible for their own costs and expenses incurred in performing the Collaborative Research. Institution may provide test materials to Collaborator in accordance with the Material Transfer Agreement in Attachment C. Collaborator shall provide testing facilities and necessary resources to evaluate the Materials provided by Institution.
