Testing Facilities. 1. The Joint Company shall not be required to accept the plant or production facilities until, such time as it shall be wholly satisfied that the said production facilities are capable of producing the required products in the required quantities.
Testing Facilities. All testing under this policy will be conducted at Community Hospital Occupational Health Center, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX (7am-11pm) or Community Hospital East, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Indianapolis, IN (after hours only).
Testing Facilities. Each participating school must provide a testing environment conducive to effective administration of the tests and one which meets the facilities requirements listed in The ACT for State Testing Standard Testing Requirements (see Attachment B). If a school is unable to meet the facilities requirements, they may apply to test off-site. The off-site location must meet the facilities requirements outlined in The ACT for State Testing Standard Testing Requirements (see Attachment B). To test off-site, schools must complete the off-site testing application which will be available on the ACT District Choice State Testing website in Fall 2010. Off-site testing may only be done with prior approval from ACT. See Attachment B: The ACT for State Testing Standard Testing Requirements. Appointing Testing Staff Each high school principal must appoint a Test Supervisor. The Test Supervisor must meet ACT’s standard requirements for testing staff, provide documentation of the school’s secure storage facilities, and agree to ACT’s standard requirements for test administration as stated in The ACT for State Testing Standard Testing Requirements (Attachment B). The Test Supervisor will serve as the primary contact for all communications about the ACT administration, will receive test materials, will be responsible for conducting standardized and secure test administrations at the school, and ensure the prompt return of test materials to ACT. Each appointed Test Supervisor will be required to complete an ACT State Testing Test Supervisor Profile and submit the completed form to ACT. After review and approval of the Profile, all future communications about the test administration will be addressed to the designated Test Supervisor. Schools will also be required to appoint a Back-up Test Supervisor who meets the same criteria as the Test Supervisor, and who will be able to serve in the event that the designated Test Supervisor is unable to fulfill his/her administration duties. Each appointed Back-up Test Supervisor will be required to complete an ACT State Testing Back-up Test Supervisor Profile and submit the completed form to ACT. Testing Facilities inspection equipment monitoring The supplier shall hold ready to measuring and testing equipment corresponding to the purpose of application which he requires for checking Xxxxxxxx Cosmetics specifications during serial production. The supplier must label all inspection devices and test control units which could have an effect on product quality. The inspection devices must be gauged with calibrated apparatus and adjusted prior to their application and at stipulated inspection intervals. The measuring equipment must clearly display the calibration status and/or documents concerning the calibration are to be prepared and retained. Capabilities of measuring equipment shall be verified for critical characteristics.

Testing Facilities. All switchgear units shall be provided with facilities to enable applied high voltage tests to be carried out on the units and associated H.V. cabling. To facilitate high voltage testing where access to busbar or circuit terminations is restricted, a device shall be provided to extend the termination points to a readily accessible position. When current transformers and protective relays are fitted, facilities shall be provided for primary and secondary injection tests to be carried out, such that wires and connections need not be disconnected for the tests.
Testing Facilities. Covanta has contracted with Core Medical Clinic of New Westminster to provide all services related to the ECP. Should employees agree to utilize this service, they will be scheduled to attend the clinic on “company time”, usually during the designated training days. Should the employee prefer to attend a clinic or facility of their choosing they will be required to do so on their own time. It is recommended that employees use the services of an Occupational Health Physician, rather than a General Practitioner for these testing requirements, due to the specific and specialty nature of their employment.
Testing Facilities. Specimens will be taken only at an off-site facility or laboratory licensed for such testing. When a specimen is obtained, the container or test tubes must remain in full view of the employee, and in the presence of the employee, must be sealed and labeled. Upon request, the employee may initial the container. All tests shall be performed by an off-site facility according to national and industry standards, procedures, and policies.
