If the modification results in the content being no longer useful to the Participating Members, the Consortium and Participating Members may within thirty (30) days of such notice treat such changes as a breach of this License.
COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS a. The Author(s)/Editor(s) hereby expressly grants, transfers, and assigns to the Publisher full and exclusive rights to the Work, including, without limitation, the copyright in the Work, all revisions thereof, and the right to prepare translations and other derivative works based upon the Work in all forms and languages for the full term of copyright, and all renewals and extensions thereof, throughout the World.
