Together with the Compliance Certificate delivered at the end of each calendar quarter, a report in form reasonably acceptable to Agent, listing any applications or registrations that any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries has made or filed in respect of any Patents, Copyrights or Trademarks and the status of any outstanding applications or registrations, as well as any material change in any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries’ Intellectual Property.
