Contract Status Reports. The Contractor shall provide a monthly “Contract Status Report” during the contract performance period. The report shall include a title page identifying the contract number, Contractor’s company name, preparer’s name and title, type of report (e.g. monthly, interim, final), period covered by the report, security classification, and distribution statement. The information submitted in the “Status Report” shall contain the overall contract status, covering the accomplished technical activities and development, objectives of efforts, summary results of efforts; identification of major problems/deficiencies with impact, and recommended solutions; contract management reporting and organization; projected changes in task manpower and redistribution based on customer organization needs; manpower and recruiting summary; security issues; contractual action items; contract accounting data documentation; a report of labor rates by discipline and skill level; actual travel costs for the period; a comparison of total contract funding to invoiced services; and special interest items.
Contract Status Reports. Contractors shall report labor hours by day, by name, and by Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), to the COR every Wednesday for the preceding week in a spreadsheet format provided by the COR. Labor and travel that directly supports a specific program will be charged to the work breakdown structure for that customer program, as specified by the COR. This requirement includes the prime contractor and all subcontractors. The contractor shall provide a monthly “Contract Status Report” during the contract performance period. Contract Status Reports. As soon as available, and in any event within forty-five (45) days after the end of each quarter of each fiscal year of Borrower, a contract status report for Borrower and its Subsidiaries, certified by an officer of Borrower acceptable to Agent.

  • Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.

The Company shall not disclose material nonpublic information to the Investors, or to advisors to or representatives of the Investors, unless prior to disclosure of such information the Company identifies such information as being material nonpublic information and provides the Investors, such advisors and representatives with the opportunity to accept or refuse to accept such material nonpublic information for review and any Investor wishing to obtain such information enters into an appropriate confidentiality agreement with the Company with respect thereto.

  • Records Reports To maintain records and to prepare and file reports required by law to be filed by the Trustee or required by agreement with the Company;

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.
