Examples of Remittance Reports in a sentence

  • Such information shall be provided concurrently with the Remittance Reports in the case of the Servicer and the Monthly Statement in the case of the Trustee, commencing with the first such report due not less than five Business Days following such request.

  • The Indenture Trustee shall have the right to alter the manner in which it provides its Indenture Trustee’s Remittance Reports to Noteholders upon notice to Noteholders in the manner in which such Indenture Trustee’s Remittance Reports are then being provided.

  • The Securities Administrator shall have the right to change the way Remittance Reports are distributed in order to make such distribution more convenient and/or more accessible to the above parties and the Securities Administrator shall provide timely and adequate notification to all above parties regarding any such changes.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, the parties hereto acknowledge that in connection with the Trustee's preparation of the foregoing reports, the Trustee shall rely solely upon the information provided to it in the Remittance Reports.
