Contract Administration Conference Committee. An ad hoc Contract 8 Administration Conference Committee may meet periodically, at the request of the 9 Employer or the Association, to discuss common concerns to improve relations and avoid 10 unnecessary disputes between the parties. The express purpose of the meetings shall be 11 to discuss contract interpretation and clarification, Association grievances (or potential 12 grievances), improved methods of communication and employee relations, and/or 13 problems of staffing and recruitment of nursing personnel. Such meetings shall not be 14 used for the purpose of discussing or adjusting individual employee grievances. In the 15 event of severe staffing shortages, the Conference Committee shall meet at the request of 16 either party to comprehensively consider alternative means of staffing the Employer other 17 than those outlined in the current agreement. These discussions may include, but not be 18 limited to, revised or emergency staffing patterns, pay incentives, recruitment practices, and 19 nurse registry utilization. This collaborative effort shall not be interpreted to reduce or 20 eliminate any Employer right to take unilateral action to effectively deal with a staffing 21 shortage. All such meetings shall occur during business hours with no loss of pay for any 22 Association representative who is scheduled to work during such a meeting. This 23 committee may be utilized as a means for the parties to amend, add, or delete portions of 24 this Agreement as deemed appropriate by authorized mutual consent. 25

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market.   • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Master Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. The parties may change contractor administrators by written notice as set forth below.
