Meeting Pay. In-service or other training meetings which are directly related to the employee's job where the Hospital requires the employee's attendance shall be treated as time worked. If held apart from other time worked, employees shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours for such meetings.

If a nurse attends a mandatory or voluntary meeting on 13 their day off, they will be compensated at straight time for the length of the meeting unless 14 the nurse has worked in excess of forty (40) hours in the one-week work period. Meeting Pay. The City will provide a two-hour minimum for pre-scheduled meetings/activities that occur outside of an employee's regularly scheduled work shift. This is separate and distinct from "Call-Back” (refer to Article 10 – Call Back Pay).

Meeting Pay. A Flight Attendant removed from duty for a hearing or investigation in a disciplinary matter and is later exonerated shall be paid for all lost flight time, i.e. block time.

When an employee is called in for discipline, reprimand, instruction or counseling, s/he shall be told the reason why s/he is being called and shall be paid (at a straight time hourly rate) a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes and in increments of fifteen (15) minutes for all time required.
Meeting Pay. Non-management employees, who as part of their regular duties, are required to attend two regular Council meetings per month shall not receive any additional compensation for attending these meetings, but shall receive overtime, as per Schedule ‘C’, when said employee attends other meetings such as committee of the whole, committee, board, Council, etc. The provisions of Schedule ‘C’ for these meetings would only apply if said meeting is outside of normal work hours.
