Settlement Administration definition

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration means the process under the Court’s supervision, that includes, but is not limited to, the manner in which the Settlement Class Notice and the making of the payments and distributions required under this Agreement are effectuated, including administration of the Escrow Account.

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Settlement Class Members, issuing Notice, distributing the Qualified Settlement Fund, and administering the Settlement.
