CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. Landlord hereby represents to REALTOR® that the Property is in full compliance with 205 the requirements of all applicable laws. REALTOR® is hereby authorized to take such actions as REALTOR® deems appropriate 206 to comply with such laws.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. If any term of this Agreement is in conflict with the laws of Arizona (as they now exist or are later amended) this Agreement will be amended automatically to conform to such laws.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. Owner agrees that Broker shall manage the Property in full compliance with the requirements of all applicable laws, and that Broker is authorized to take such actions as Broker deems appropriate to comply with such laws.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. The provisions of this Contract conform to the minimum requirements of the issue state. The laws of the issue state control over any conflicting laws of any other state where the Owner may live on or after the Contract Date.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. Ampace is not in material default under any law or regulation or under any order of any court of Federal, State, municipal or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, having jurisdiction over it; except and to the extent set forth in Schedule 4.5 (other than claims or suits which are covered by insurance) there are no claims, actions, suits or proceedings pending or threatened against or affecting the Ampace, at law or at equity, or before or by any Federal, State, municipal or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality having jurisdiction over any of it including without limitation any under charge claims in excess of $25,000.00 and, no notice of any claim, action, suit or proceeding whether pending or threatened has been received. Ampace has conducted and is conducting its business in accordance with the requirements, standards, criteria and conditions set forth in applicable Federal, State and local statutes, ordinances, permits, licenses, orders, approvals, variances, rules and regulations and are not in violation of any of the foregoing that might materially and adversely affect the business, operations, affairs, prospects, properties, assets, profits or conditions (financial or otherwise) of the Company, when taken as a whole.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. 10. (a) Except as provided below, Tenant shall repair and replace heating and cooling equipment and doors and door equipment serving the Building, and shall make plate glass replacements unless required by fault of Landlord or its agents, and shall make repairs to the interior of the Building. Tenant shall also paint the exterior of the Building and make minor repairs (i.e., patching) to the exterior. Landlord shall maintain and make all repairs to the exterior and structural portions of the Building, roof, and to pipes, ducts, wires and conduits leading to and from the Leased Premises and/or the Building. Landlord shall make all repairs required by the fault of Landlord or its agents, by fire or other insured casualty (as provided in Paragraph 14 below) or the elements. In the event that any hazardous or toxic material or substance or any underground storage tank is discovered at any tinge in, under or about the Leased Premises and/or the Building (unless introduced by Tenant), Landlord shall, at Landlord's expense, remove and dispose of the same in the manner described in and provide all documentation required by Section (b) of Article 4. Landlord hereby indemnifies and saves and holds Tenant harmless from and against any liability, obligation, damage or cost, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, resulting directly or indirectly from the presence, removal or disposal of any such hazardous or toxic material or substance or any underground storage tank. This indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Lease for any reason. The provisions of this paragraph shall be complied with as required from time to time.

Landlord,. at Landlord's sole cost and expense, shall maintain and make all repairs to the exterior and structural portions of the Building, root, and all utility lines, including but not limited to sewers, sewer connections, pipes, ducts, wires and conduits leading to and from the Leased Premises and/or the Building. Landlord shall make all repairs required by the fault of Landlord or its agents, or by fire or other insured casualty (as provided in Paragraph 14 below unless Tenant, at Tenant's sole option, chooses to make repairs necessitated by casualty) or the elements. In the event that any Hazardous Substance or any underground storage tank is discovered at any time in, under or about the Leased Promises and/or the Building (unless introduced by Tenant, or Tenants agents, employees or licensees acting within the scope of their respective agency, employment or license), Landlord shall, at Landlord's expense, remove and dispose of the same in the manner described In and provide all documentation required by Section (b) of Article 4. Landlord hereby indemnifies and saves and holds Tenant harmless
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. The Company has been duly registered and its registration has been kept up to date in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The EXTRAITS K-BIS and the STATUTS and the company books of the Company are in compliance with current law and regulations, contain all amendments made to date and are correct and complete as at the date hereof.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. The Company operates and has always operated its business and its assets in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in force.
CONFORMITY WITH THE LAW. The provisions of this Contract conform to the minimum requirements of the delivery state. If any provision of this Contract is in conflict with the laws of the delivery state, the Contract is hereby amended to conform with the laws of the delivery state. The laws of the delivery state control over any conflicting laws of any other state where the Owner may live on or after the Contract Date.
