Conflict in Policies. If a conflict in any of the Fund Policies occurs, the Registration Statement shall govern for purposes of this Agreement. Subadviser shall promptly notify Client within one (1) business day of any actual or perceived conflict that it has identified in any of the Fund Policies.

Conflict in Policies. In cases of conflict between the University’s academic and research related policies and the applicable Placement Site policies, the University’s academic and research related policies will prevail. In the case of conflict between the University’s non-academic and non-research related policies and the Placement Site’s policies that apply specifically to the activities of the student at the Placement Site, the Placement Site’s policies will prevail. In the case of conflict not resolved by the foregoing, the parties will decide on a case by case basis which policy applies.

  • Conflict in Provisions To the extent that any provisions of this Article VIII shall conflict with the provisions of Articles IV, V and/or VII, the provisions of this Article VIII shall govern.

  • CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY 4.1. The Company, partners of the Company or other affiliated parties may have material interest, a legal relationship or arrangement concerning a specific transaction in the Trader’s Room or on the trading platform or interests, relationships, or arrangements that may be in conflict with the interests of the Client. By way of example, the Company may: - act as Principal concerning any instrument on the Company’s own account by selling to or buying the instrument from the Client; - combine the Client’s transaction with that of another Client; - buy or sell an instrument the Company recommended to the Client; - advise and provide other services to partners or other clients of the Company who may have interests in investments or underlying assets which conflict with the Client’s interests. The Client consents to and grants the Company authority to deal with or for the Client in any manner which the Company considers appropriate, notwithstanding any conflict of interest or the existence of any material interest in any transaction in the Trader’s Room or on the trading platform, without prior notification of the Client. The Company’s employees are required to comply with a policy of impartiality and to disregard any material interests or conflicts of interest when advising the Client.

  • Conflict Between Documents This Note and, unless otherwise provided in any other Loan Document, the other Loan Documents shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state named in Bank's address on the first page hereof without regard to that state's conflict of laws principles.   • Conflict with LOC Documents In the event of any conflict between this Credit Agreement and any LOC Document (including any letter of credit application), this Credit Agreement shall control.

  • CONFLICT WITH LAW The invalidity or unenforceability of any term or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term or provision hereof.
