CONFERENCE HOURS. All full-time instructors shall maintain at least five (5) scheduled student conference hours per week, and twenty (20) minutes of scheduled student conference time per credit hour of overload per week during which students will be provided academic assistance. A copy of the schedule of office hours shall be submitted to the campus Academic Administrator at the campus to which the Faculty member is administratively assigned no later than the end of the first full week of classes for each semester and posted at that campus. Each full-time faculty who selects more than three (3) distance learning courses during any semester can satisfy the conference hour requirement by spending any combination of at least four (4) hours per week at either the District’s Distance Learning Support Center (“DLSC”) or at her/his respective home base campus.

CONFERENCE HOURS. 5.6.3.1 Full-time unit members shall schedule their five and one half (5.5) student conference hours on no fewer than three (3) different days per week. Unit members on reduced load or reassignment shall have their conference hours reduced by a percentage equivalent to their reassignment or reduction in load. Unit members on reduced load shall schedule student conference hours on no fewer days than one less than the number of required conference hours. Conference hours will be held between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved by the Division Xxxx. No single conference period shall be less than thirty (30) minutes in length. Conference hours will not be scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays or Thursdays and will not be scheduled to conflict with the instructor’s class assignments. Conference hours shall be held in the unit member’s office, a laboratory facility readily accessible to students, or other location approved by the unit member’s immediate supervisor and based on a schedule posted no later than the first Monday following the opening of a semester. Faculty will have the option to conduct up to 80%of their office hours remotely.

  • Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.

  • Conference Leave Upon written request, supported by a copy of an invitation, an employee shall be granted leave paid at full salary of up to two thirty-fifths of her Appointment Contract(s) to present papers at academic conferences. Such leave shall not be claimed if an authorized exchange of services agreeable to the employee can be arranged.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

  • Pre-Observation Conference The pre-observation conference shall be held prior to each formal observation. The teacher and evaluator will mutually agree when to conference. The purpose of the pre-observation conference is to discuss the employee’s goals, establish a date for the formal observation, and to discuss such matters as the professional activities to be observed, their content, objectives, strategies, and possible observable evidence to meet the scoring criteria.

  • Post-Observation Conference 1. The post-observation conference between the evaluator and teacher will be held no later than five (5) days after the formal observation.

  • Observation Conference 1. All formal observations shall be preceded by a conference between the evaluator and the teacher in order for the teacher to explain plans and objectives for the work situation to be observed.

  • Office Hours 7.5.1 Each Bargaining Unit Faculty Member shall maintain a sufficient number of regular office hours to meet the reasonable needs of the Member’s students and advisees.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.
